Jim Craddock, author, lecturer, counselor, and educator, was a man that challenged others by his perseverance and his radical obedience to God and His Word. Jim’s passion was to tell others how they could personally know God, his son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and explain that knowing Them could transform a person from the inside out. His prayer was for every person to choose to live a holy life that would set them apart. He spent his life loving others and sharing the depth of God’s love for them. He wanted all people to know how great the God of the living Bible is. 

Legacies, a Devotion is a compilation of fifty years of Jim Craddock's meditations, homilies, letters and musings, bound together in an easy-to-read, faith-inspiring, daily devotional format.  Jim wanted nothing more than for every person to know the God of the Bible, a God who can make every ordinary person extraordinary as a child of the Most High King. Every word Jim wrote was designed to impart a deeper understanding of the Word of God, for he understood that “man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” Jim’s prayer was that the devotionals found in Legacies would serve as a companion to daily Bible study, and that its readers would approach his words with an open heart, allowing God to draw them into a deeper understanding of how He works in their lives.
