His Truth Transforms International's passion is to compassionately minister to people's emotional, relational and spiritual needs. We are not here to fix people's problems but are seeking to see people transformed by the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit!

Our counseling centers on Jesus Christ and His Word which offers true hope and lasting change through a personal relationship with Him. We take Biblical truth and turn it into therapeutic and practical tools for transforming individuals and families. It is a process of moving a person from an emotional orientation to a spiritual one, which then allows the Holy Spirit to do His work of transforming them from the inside out!

“I came to HTTI looking for answers for how to run my life. Married and divorced three times, using sex to acquire the love and identity I so desperately needed, living with a man, 40 years an alcoholic – I thought my counselor would set out the obvious principles of “proper life management” and hold me accountable to follow them. I had never been able to stick with my resolutions and good intentions in the past and with each successive failure, my shame and self-hatred grew. I thought I needed someone to shame, condemn and logic me into right actions – the very thing I had been trying to do for years.

Instead, my counselor spoke of God’s love for me and my need to know that above all. She asked me to listen and believe His thoughts about me above my own thoughts. My precious counselor taught me that my actions are the result of my deep and long-ingrained beliefs about myself and God. I learned that changing my actions to “proper life management” ones was an exercise in futility, doomed to failure, until the underlying lies I believed were replaced with my Savior’s precious truth. Only God’s Word has the power to truly change us. But what incredible, unfathomable, gentle, yet mighty power it is!

My counselor never did give me the answers to my life problems but she showed me love and truth. She walked alongside me and taught me to spot the lies and how to find the truth. Through the course of this walk to freedom and truth, by His grace and power, the Lord has set me free from alcoholism, sexual impurity, relationship addiction, people pleasing, self-hatred and condemnation, and an identity crisis.

I now see myself as a highly treasured child of God, called and chosen from eternity past, saved by the blood of my King to be with Him forever. I am precious to the One who is precious to me. I love me because He does. If my Savior (both eternally but in this life too) loves me enough to die to have me, should I not love myself too and treat myself as I would a precious child? I thank God for HTTI and my counselor. They helped bring the Lord’s healing to my heart and mind.”
