This book addresses when a Christian is living their life by the power of their own ability and talents instead of relying on the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit which is the greatest enemy to a person’s Christian walk. The self-life produces a person living through their soul (mind, will and emotions) instead of living through their Spirit (God’s promises) which results in bondage instead of freedom.
